Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be incorrectly printed or otherwise deficient. Unfortunately, as a Print On Demand store, where every t-shirt is printed to order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns.

To start a return, or if you have any return-related questions, you can contact us at czesc@polishshirts.com. Please send us a picture of the item so that we can address the issue with our printer.

Once we have processed your return request, we will send you a replacement item. Please keep in mind that while we proceed with the replacement as fast as we can, it may take a while before a new item is processed and printed.
